Ingredients
  • 2 pounds red and gold potatoes
  • 6 ounces broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 flank steaks

One-Pan Steak Dinner

If you enjoy a classic meal of steak and potatoes, you’ll love this delicious and straightforward one-pan wonder. It’s the perfect meal for two (or two meals for one).

How to Make

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet.

2. Cut potatoes in half and place on pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove pan.

3. Heat oven to broil. Add broccoli florets and steak to pan (in addition to potatoes). Drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.

4. Place into oven and broil until the steak is browned and charred at edges (four to five minutes per side) or until desired.
