Ingredients
  • 32 oz. container low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 1 box dry instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz.)

Fruit Dip

Getting children to eat a healthy snack has never been so easy; one taste and they’ll be saying I can’t believe it’s not icing.

How to Make

1. In a large bowl, mix together all three ingredients until there are no lumps. The mixture will be a little gritty at first because the pudding hasn’t had a chance to dissolve into the yogurt mixture yet.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill in fridge for about 30 minutes. Decorate the top of dip with sprinkles if desired and serve with fruit of choice.
