Some drinks are fancy. Some drinks are schmancy. And this drink will knock your fancy-schmancy socks off. It’s beautiful, bubbly, and as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Add blackberries, mint leaves, and sugar to a food processor. Puree until smooth.
2. Press the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds and the majority of the fruit pulp (if desired).
3. Pour a half an ounce of the puree into a glass.
4. Fill the glass with champagne or prosecco.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
