Ingredients
  • Microwavable fish sticks (two per taco)
  • 2 cups coleslaw
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 6 small tortillas
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1⁄3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2-3 tsp. Sriracha sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for serving
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Thai sweet chili sauce for serving

Bang Bang Fish Tacos

It’s an explosion of flavors and practically eye candy. This assortment of both fresh and frozen ingredients is easy to prep and even easier to eat.

How to Make

1. In a bowl, combine coleslaw with lime juice. Set aside.

2. In a bowl, combine the mayo, chili sauce, and Sriracha. Set aside.

3. Microwave the fish sticks per the box’s instructions.

4. Lay the tortillas flat, top with the fish, coleslaw, sauce, and cilantro.Garnish with limes.
